Security
While DLC’s facility will be accessible to DLC’s members and staff for
extracurricular activities, and to the community for selective use, DLC will
take all precautions to ensure the safety and security of the facility. The
following is a list of minimum DLC security measures:

Internal & External Surveillance cameras
to deter and record activity

Live classroom streaming over the internet
so parents can readily view classroom activities via secure login

Keycard or Keypad access to control access
to restricted areas

Locks and alarms for high-value and
high-risk areas, communications equipment for custodial personnel and
activity coordinators

Telephone access for after school patrons to be used in the
event of an emergency

Adequate interior and exterior lighting
(including parking lots)
