  DLC takes into account the individual needs and abilities of each child and allows them to think critically, analyze and adopt new concepts and govern his or her own progress.  DLC offers small class sizes, a safe, secure, structured environment, individual and one-on-one attention, involved & caring teachers, regular parental reports, school and homework support.

Healthy Hearts

Describe the food pyramid and its effect on personal health and well being, Gain an understanding of how the body works as it relates to food/nutrients we ingest for growth and development and energy production. Explain the value of various fitness activities and provide demonstrations for the proper and safe execution of each exercise.
